A multi-million dollar contract to install infrastructure services for the Lantzville Foothills development has been awarded.

The developer Lone Tree Properties (a subsidiary of Calgary’s Storm Mountain Development Corp) announced it has awarded an $8 million contract to Knappett Industries (Nanaimo-based company) to establish water lines, underground services, roads and build a 250,000 gallon concrete reservoir.

The Foothills development in Lantzville is a master planned community zoned for 730 homes on 1,838 acres and will include a mixed-use village in upper Lantzville.
