Wertman Development Corporation moved a step closer with the approval of their Development Permit for the construction of a 24-storey, 110-unit residential condo building in downtown Nanaimo.
The plans include ground floor commercial and office space, an athletic club, townhouse units along Skinner St, underground parking spaces.
This development will be constructed on 77 Chapel Street right next to 91 Chapel Street that is currently under construction
